Q: What food smell brings you instantly back to childhood?
A: Welsh Rarebit bubbling away, a signature dish of my fathers, it reminds me of cold winter days.
Q: What is your first food memory?
A: Creating a cheese and pineapple on sticks hedgehog in preparation for my 4th birthday party. Tasted good, looked good and handy to eat on the run!
Q: If I came to your house for supper tonight, what would you make me?
A: Mediterranean shepherds pie; a twist on the traditional baked English dish the diced roasted potato’s, red wine, and fresh red pesto add another dimension of color, flavor and texture.
Q: What is your perfect idea of happiness?
A: A warm summers day spent at the side of a beautiful lake with my friends and family, sharing good BBQ food, cold Pimms, laughter, and light hearted fun; feeling contented, happy and proud with my hand in life.

A: My mum. I am constantly in awe of her, completely selfless nature, endlessly positive and optimistic outlook, ability to find joy and contentment in everything she is a part of, and limitless and unwavering love and support.
Q: What do you consider your greatest achievement?
A: Having the courage to realize and act on my belief, that to leave England and uproot my life to America would be well worth the risk.
Q: What is your most treasured possession?
A: Assuming this is limited to physical and inanimate possessions I would have to say my photos. To have them to look at and share, and trigger the memories and feelings that have made me the person I am today, is an important luxury.

A: Die of exhaustion, not boredom!
